Refund and Cancellation policy

At NexNature, we are committed to delivering natural, high-quality edible seeds. Due to the nature of our products—which are classified as non-expirable edible goods and food items—we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed, except in cases of product damage, incorrect delivery, or valid cancellation requests made prior to dispatch.

This policy is in place to comply with food safety regulations and to ensure that all customers receive products that have not been tampered with or improperly stored.


Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are only accepted before the item has been dispatched from our facility. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may request a cancellation by emailing us promptly at info@nexnature.in with your order details.

If the order has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will not be processed, and the product will be delivered as scheduled.


Non-Returnable Items

As per our hygiene and food safety standards, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • All edible seeds and food-grade items
  • Opened or tampered packaging
  • Sale items or promotional bundles

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Products

We will gladly replace or refund items only in the case of:

  • Damaged goods
  • Wrong product shipped

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to info@nexnature.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps, which may include a replacement or refund.


Refunds (if applicable)

Refunds are processed only if your return or cancellation case is approved under our exception policy. If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • You’ll be notified via email (info@nexnature.in) once the process is completed
